Chef Bill is very proud to be the owner of the Chef for Seniors Naples Franchise. The opportunity to give back to his community and the seniors is an honor. Having being brought up by his grandmother on the farm in Mo. Chef bill’s Grandfather was a Chef for the Railroad Line that went between Kansas City Mo and Chicago Ill. Second generation Chef. Bill is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, cooked for the King and Queen of Sweden and US President’s Ronald Reagan and Gerald Ford, as well as many celebrities such as Robert Redford, Paul Newman, Coach Mike Ditka, Mick Jagger and the Rolling Stone’s to just  a few. Bill has been the Executive Chef for the 5 Diamond, 5 Star American Club in Kohler, WI and The Don CeSar in St. Petersburg Beach, Fl. He has been awarded Gold, Silver and Bronze Medals in ACF culinary competitions and Culinary Olympic try outs. He also starred in his own TV Show “Bill’s Bow Hunting Adventures”, and has cooked with Celebrity Chef’s Paul Prudhomme and Chef Tell.

Chef Bill regularly attends and is a board member of Cornerstone United Methodist Church.  He also was the chef for 5 years at the First Baptist Church Naples and 10 years at North Naples United Methodist Church and has volunteered his cooking abilities to St. Elisabeth Seton and Naples Nazarene Church’s. He is a Master Mason at the Cypress Lodge No. 295 F&AM Naples, and recently is one of the founding members of the National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame, Collier County Chapter.
